		<description>Thanks for an interesting article. It is very refreshing to see that others are realizing the difference between damp-proofing and water-proofing. The old tar methods of yesteryear just don’t work. It’s unfortunate, though, that so many companies are still using products like that. A product named Barrier-P Membrane is environmentally friendly, latex based, and is elastomeric so it can flex and move as the structure does. Thanks again. JB</description>
